It’s the last Friday of September! Huzzah!

October is my favorite month of the year, even more so now that I’ve moved to a place with actual seasons. But before October begins and it starts to feel like autumn, here are some of my favorite recent tidbits from the internet.

Fan theory about Nagini confirmed in Fantastic Beasts 2 trailer

I’m a die-hard Harry Potter fan. But expanding on that could be a series of blog posts on its own.

The newest Fantastic Beasts 2 trailer dropped earlier this week, and it confirmed a fan theory I wasn’t even aware of, as I tend to avoid speculation and theories online. I like being surprised, okay?!

Anyway, I wasn’t blown away by the first Fantastic Beasts but I’m excited for this sequel, even if it’s just a chance to visit the Wizarding World one more time.

Even more alternatives to Resting Bitch Face

As someone who’s had serious resting bitch face since I was 10? 11? I adore Susan Harlan’s trilogy of McSweeney articles about Alternatives to RBF.

Saga goes on a year-long hiatus

NOOOOO.

One of my favorite graphic novel series ever is going on hiatus. If you think you don’t like comics or have never tried them, I suggest reading Saga. It’s Star Wars meets Game of Thrones but completely nuts, with gorgeous (sometimes graphic) artwork, great humor, unforgettable characters, and more.
